The value for money at this hotel was exceptional and the room was comfortable with a great view from the big window. The location was perfect, close to the metro and plenty of restaurant options. The staff at the reception were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to leave our luggage during a side trip without any charges.

The location was marvellous and ideal: several stores and a bakery were within walking distance. The room was great sized and good-sized and brand-new with working ac when I arrived.

Good location near the metro station and shopping mall. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel.
Check-in was a disaster, with long queues and staff that were not very competent. We stayed during the Easter holiday and the hotel did nothing to acknowledge the occasion or provide any sort of festive atmosphere.
